El logro principal de M&D Properties es Plaza México. Se trata de un centro de compras con estilo de vida de 450.000 pies cuadrados en la ciudad de Lynwood. Su estrategia consiste en ofrecer un destino de compras de calidad imitando la familiaridad y el ambiente pueblerino que se encuentra en los tradicionales pueblos mexicanos. Con sus exclusivos diseños arquitectónicos – lujosas fuentes, lujosos paisajes y plazas al aire libre – Plaza México representa la única propiedad de los Estados Unidos con esta magnitud, elegancia y exclusividad, específicamente atendiendo a la población latina.
A medida que aumentan las demandas por espacios de venta minorista dentro de Plaza México y en la zona cercana, se ha proyectado una ampliación, y M+D Properties y el Centro regional de M&D trabajarán conjuntamente para concretar este proyecto. Además del espacio para venta minorista, se agregarán unidades residenciales para crear un centro de compras con un verdadero estilo de vida.
