As the EB-5 program and the Regional Center become more complicated, the USCIS has increased their oversight to ensure accountability, transparency, and responsibility. M&D Regional Center has successfully completed the strict screening process required by the USCIS and has been officially designated a Regional Center as of September 2009. And we adhere to the strict requirements set forth by the USCIS in order to not jeopardize our eligibility to receive permanent residency status.
