El 9 de septiembre de 2009, el Centro regional de M&D, LLC fue designado por el Servicio de Ciudadanía e Inmigración de los EE. UU. (USCIS, siglas en inglés) como Centro Regional del Programa Piloto para Inversores Inmigrantes EB-5.

El Centro regional de M&D ha obtenido la aprobación para programas de desarrollo ubicados en el Sur de California – específicamente en el Condado de Orange, el Condado de Los Ángeles y el Condado de San Bernardino. Dentro de estas regiones, buscamos actualmente desarrollos de uso mixto en Buena Park, Pasadena y Lynwood.
The Source en Buena Park tiene el objetivo de construir un verdadero desarrollo de uso mixto que genere una experiencia urbana. Se tratará de un desarrollo importante que revitalizará las áreas circundantes así como también la ciudad. One West Green en Pasadena será un edificio de Clase A en el corazón de Old Town en Pasadena, que se ha convertido en un importante distrito de compras. Plaza México en Lynwood ofrece una experiencia de compras mexicanas única e idílica. El Centro regional de M&D buscará la ampliación de Plaza México.
