El Condado de Los Ángeles (incorporado con el nombre “County of Los Angeles”) es un condado en el estado de California de los Estados Unidos. Según el censo de los Estados Unidos de 2010, el condado contaba con una población de 9.818.605, lo que lo convierte en el condado más poblado de los Estados Unidos. La sede del condado es la ciudad de Los Ángeles, la ciudad más grande de California y la segunda ciudad más grande en los Estados Unidos, después de Nueva York.
El condado aloja 88 ciudades incorporadas y numerosas áreas no incorporadas y es el hogar de más de un cuarto de los residentes de California. Como uno de los condados más diversos en el país, aloja a la mayoría de las ciudades principales que forman el área metropolitana de Los Ángeles, y es el centro de los cinco condados que forman el área metropolitana de Los Ángeles.
El Condado de Los Ángeles se asocia comúnmente con la industria del entretenimiento; los seis principales estudios cinematográficos – Paramount Pictures, 20th Century Fox, Sony, Warner Bros., Universal Pictures y Walt Disney Studios – se ubican dentro del condado. Otras industrias principales del Condado de Los Ángeles son el comercio internacional, que se desarrolla por medio del Puerto de Los Ángeles y el Puerto de Long Beach, así como la gran producción de grabaciones, la industria aeroespacial y servicios profesionales tales como derecho y medicina.
Según TNS Financial Services, el Condado de Los Ángeles posee el mayor número de millonarios de cualquier condado de la nación, con un total de 261.081 hogares en el año 2007; aproximadamente 1 de cada 38 hogares cuenta con un valor superior a $1 millón (sin incluir la residencia primaria).
