The City of Inglewood is home to the Hollywood Park Tomorrow project, an expansive mixed-use commercial and residential development. Once known as the Hollywood Park Racetrack and Casino, this 238-acre property is home to residential, retail, and office buildings and open public spaces. Hollywood Park Tomorrow also includes 25 acres of walking paths, promenades, and bike trails. Hollywood Park Tomorrow aims to create a long-term community that will serve as a fiscal asset and center for social activity for the residents of Inglewood.
