The Source Office is five floors of 52,000 square feet, Class A, office space located above the bottom two floors of a section on the western side of The Source Retail Center. The seven story structure will connect to The Source Retail Center at each of the first three floors through beautifully landscaped garden walkways. Rentable office units will be efficient and uniform, but highly customizable, as is demanded by today’s modern workplaces. The central office core, running the height of the building, will be home to state-of-the-art restrooms on each level, two passenger elevators, and a service elevator.
